Turning Point Dance Studio (Medford OR) is looking for dance Instructors for our dance programs for our summer and 2019-20 session. You must have a high energy level to match our families as well as excellent presentation and professionalism.
Our programs go beyond technique and poise to develop important life skills – learning to be respectful, confident and conscientious young people in the community. We only hire career minded, long term employees who have stand out work ethic and desire to grow.
This is an instructional position; dance teaching experience and training is mandatory. Most importantly, we are seeking candidates with a cheerful disposition who like working with people in a busy and family-friendly environment. Responsibilities include preparing and organizing class plans, teaching weekly classes, and creating choreography.
Turning Point Dance Studio delivers a complete range classes such as ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop and more to children ages 2 & up. Our instructors are experienced professionals that teach students proper technique using the latest dance trends and teaching methods. Business Manager Position Description
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
1 year of direct executive support, project management or event planning experience.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently.
Ability to adhere to an expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters.

Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks (manage calendars, book travel, and schedule facilities and equipment).
Coordinate duties for multiple staff members and studios.
Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies.
Mentor new team members.
Serve as a technical lead for, and manager of, small projects.
