The first five years of a child's life are fundamentally important. They are the foundation that shapes children's future health, happiness, growth, development and learning achievement at school, in the family and community, and in life in general.
Recent research confirms that the first five years are particularly important for the development of the child's brain, and the first three years are the most critical in shaping the child's brain architecture. Early experiences provide the base for the brain's organizational development and functioning throughout life. They have a direct impact on how children develop learning skills as well as social and emotional abilities.
Children learn more quickly during their early years than at any other time in life. They need love and nurturing to develop a sense of trust and security that turns into confidence as they grow.
Turning Point Tinies and Teammates/
Tiny Tumblers
A magical first step into the world of dance—together!
Welcome to Turning Point Tinies, our sweet and playful intro-to-dance class designed especially for our youngest dancers (ages 2–3.5) and their favorite grown-up teammate!
This class is a beautiful way to introduce your little one to the joy of movement, music, and self-expression in a safe and nurturing environment. With the help of our loving instructors (and you!), your child will begin learning the very basics of dance, while also working on important developmental skills like balance, coordination, and rhythm.
But we know dance is about more than just steps.
This is a precious age of emotional growth, where toddlers are learning how to express big feelings and navigate the world around them. Our team is here to support not only your child’s physical development but also their social and emotional journey with patience, compassion, and lots of hugs along the way.
We also understand that big emotions are completely normal at this age. Whether it's frustration, excitement, or a sudden case of the wiggles, we've got your little one (and you) covered. Our goal is to gently guide each child toward becoming a confident, joyful participant in a group class setting.
