for funsies!… what does that mean?

For the dancer who is beginning their dance journey or just wants to dabble, aged classes are for you!

We believe wholeheartedly that every child benefits tremendously from participating in dance classes regardless of wether they are spending 1 hour or 100 hours in class a week. Turning Point Faculty is absolutely committed to helping the dabbling dancer receive the cognitive and physical benefits that comes with dance, but also are committed to other time consuming activities. We are passionate about providing quality instruction and will work with every child individually to help them progress, regardless of their commitment and ability. If you have not been placed in level 3 or higher by Turning Point’s Certified Instructors, we ask that you sign up for classes based on your age.

Please note that all styles of dance require different proficiencies. Placement for leveled classes are determined by staff and must be evaluated for each discipline. For example, a dancer may be in their age bracket in ballet but level 3 in hip hop.
